Task Assignment and Milestones

In section Assignment, responsibility for this task can be defined along with a target date.

The selected Implementer is responsible to perform the given task in status Implementation. This user has to be defined before the task can be transitioned to Implementation status.

The Reviewer is optional. If a user is selected in here, this person will have to Review the outcome of the task when the Implementer finishes his task.

If target dates are set, the system will create matching Milestones automatically. This will provide a target date in the My Outstanding Work list and also enable to display the given task in a timeline (e.g. the Project tab of a Business Process).
