Upload and Update Files

The Files tab can be used to upload files to the Document record. This can be a single file only or even a set of files. All of the given files then can be found by the one common document number for example (D-0001).

Using Fusion Manage’s standard functionality, users can update the given files at any time. Comments can be provided to describe the changes within the new version.

Please note that there is no locking / freeze of the Implementation Documents in this template to provide best usability. You can enable this however by the Workspace Manager.
