Set up workspace relations

The template may be used as-is immediately after it is installed. It does not require additional configuration before its first use (other than role assignment). However, you may want to enable connections to your existing workspaces to improve data quality and transparency.

In the Item Details tab of the 8D Reports workspace, we recommend you change the configuration of the following fields to be picklists that select from the specified workspaces. If the given workspaces do not exist in your tenant, you may download them from the Template Library or remove or hide the given fields. In the standard configuration of this template, none of these fields is required for the application logic. They are used to complement the report data only.

To enable bi-directional references to your 8D reports, you may want to adjust the Workspace Relationships tab of this workspace. Add any additional processes you may find useful to the Relationships Tab.
