D7 - Prevent the issue from reoccurring

This template is not currently available for Fusion Manage Extension sites.

At this stage, now that the issue has been addressed, and corrective actions have been put in place to resolve the issue, it is important to ensure that these issues cannot happen again. This might involve creating an FMEA. Fill in the plan to prevent reoccurrence in the D7 – Prevent Reoccurrence section.

  1. Click Edit.

  2. In the D7 – Prevent Reoccurrence section, fill in the following information.

    • Reoccurrence Prevention – The steps to take to prevent this issue from occurring again. This field is required before the workflow can proceed.
    • FMEA – Enter the name and/or number of the FMEA. Your administrator may have configured this field to be a drop-down list of FMEAs from another workspace.
  3. Click Save.

Once you have completed this section, you can proceed to the next phase.

  • Click the Return transition if corrective actions have not been fully implemented.
  • Click the Proceed to D8 Recognition transition to move to the D8 phase.
