Assign reviews
Once an idea is submitted to Initial Review status, all users with role Ideas [REVIEW] will be notified about this new idea by email and can find the given idea in their outstanding work list in Fusion Manage. These users determine the responsible user or team for each idea.
Go to section 3 of the Details tab for an idea.
Select one or more entries from the list.
Once the responsible team is defined, users should perform the workflow action Submit for Analysis to notify users by email and update the outstanding work list. If no user is defined, the idea cannot be submitted to its next status.
If more information is needed during the Initial Review, users can also Return & Request Details within the idea Workflow. At the same time, the creator of an idea can Return the idea if information is missing and should be added before proceeding.
