Pick List Values

The Pick List Values template enables the use of dynamic picklists while keeping administration efforts and usability impacts low. The template offers one single workspace for managing all picklists; instead of having one workspace per picklist, there is only one workspace to manage. The picklist definition uses specific filters to ensure that only valid values will be selectable by your team.

This approach offers several advantages:

• Using permission control, privileged team members can be granted access to manage the picklists.
• Picklist entries can be filtered by ownership to hide certain options for some team members.
• The standard configuration immediately enables filtered picklists for up to four levels.
• Since picklist values are like any other record, they can utilize attached files.
