Return Merchandise Authorization

A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is a formal process through which a customer returns a product to the original manufacturer or seller due to a perceived defect, malfunction, or dissatisfaction with the product. The RMA process enables you to organize and track the return, investigate the issue, and decide on the appropriate action (such as repair, replacement, refund, and so on).

Note: The Return Merchandise Authorization template is included with the default tenant for Fusion Manage customers. However, it is not included in the Quality Manage template and must be installed separately from the Template Library.
