This template provides standard roles for various level of permissions. Assign the following roles to the given stakeholders.

Role Description Recommended for groups
Requirements [R/W] Enables management of requirements including management of sub requirements and files Product Managers Project Managers Sales Managers Head of Engineering
Requirements [R] Provides read-only access to requirement and their sub requirements. Includes access to non-approved requirements. Anyone involved in the specification and product development process
Requirement Approvals [R/W] This role enables creation of approval processes for requirements. It also grants permission to approve requirements and with this to create and revise baseline of requirement structures. Product Managers Project Managers Sales Managers Head of Engineering
Requirement Approvals [R] Provides read-only access to requirement approval processes, enabling to track requirements approval progression. Anyone involved in the specification and product development process
Requirement Specifications [R/W] Enables management of requirement specifications, the parent element of any requirement management activity. Also grants permission to upload related files and to track Decisions within the grid tab. Product Managers Project Managers Sales Managers Head of Engineering
Requirement Specifications [R] Provides read-only access to requirement specifications to access key reference files and to review responsibility for requirement definition and approval. Anyone involved in the specification and product development process
Requirement Validations [R/W] This role grants permission to create, manage and perform validation processes for a defined list of requirements. Anyone involved in the specification and product development process
Requirement Validations [R] Provides read-only access to requirement validation processes, enabling to track validation progression and to review validation results and decisions. Anyone involved in the specification and product development process
