Reference: additional approval features

Additional tabs are available for Requirement Approvals.

  • The Files tab can be used to upload any type of file to the approval process. This can be used to support the decision-making process and to provide feedback during the review process.
  • The Change Log tab reveals all changes that were done to the given process, including changes to the files.

These approval processes are used to release requirements, but also to revise and to archive requirements. By selecting the given Lifecycle action Archive, users can let requirements be archived. Note that the system will automatically only provide the lifecycle actions that match the current status of a requirement (according to the setup in the Lifecycle Editor).
