Requirements Assessment

Once the requirements have been captured, they must be assessed as early as possible to make sure that targets are met by focusing on relevant and realistic targets.

This is reflected by the Assessment section, where users can assess the Priority, Risk and Difficulty of each requirement. Each rating also can be commented to provide insights. These inputs also are reflected by the Assessment field in section KPIs, which will indicate them visually.

In addition, users can provide estimated cost and efforts to implement a requirement. By providing labor, material and tooling cost, the system can determine the total cost for each requirement. As the implementation also requires time, the time Effort also can be captured in days.

While this Assessment is captured for each requirement individually, users can review this information across all requirements in context. By using the view Assessment in the Sub Requirements tab, relevant KPIs are shown and both cost and effort will be rolled up on all levels.
