Perform internal review
All users selected for the internal review now will find the given process in their landing page in the My Outstanding Work list. This provides quick access to the process with a single click.
These users can either reject or approve the attached list of requirements using the Workflow actions menu or by clicking the given transition in the Approval Flow tab. In either case, the user can provide comments that will be added to the Workflow History. If multiple approvers are defined, the process will continue after the first decision, only one user from the list must perform the reject or approve action.
If the user selects Reject, the initiator of the process will be notified by mail and receive the rejection comments. Once the process is ready for review again, this user will have to re-submit the approval process. In case of an approval action, the given date, username and comment will be record in the approval process details.
The approval decision also will perform the selected lifecycle operation on the list of affected requirements. In this case, the requirements were released and now have the initial release letter A assigned. Changes to these requirements are only possible by using the new working versions, the rev A items cannot be changed anymore.
