Workspace Supplier Proposals
For users with Fusion connected sites, references to the 'Items' workspace should be the 'Components' workspace.
Adjust the Supplier field also for workspace Supplier Proposals. This time, set this field to type Derived with source Impacted Package / Supplier:
Change these fields to be of type Picklist as well and select the matching picklists.

| Impacted Item | This field enables suppliers to select the item being impacted by the proposal. As suppliers should only be able to select from the items being shared with them, create a new picklist that filters your Items (and BOMs) workspace by ownership. |

Make sure that only internal users can see the sections Analysis and Technical Review & Related Processes to hide this information for external users. To do so, set matching access restrictions for the sections, for example by restricting access to the Employees group. This group does not require specific roles and may have to be created in your site first. Add all your internal users requiring access to the given sections to this user group.
