Supplier Deliverables Workflow
For users with Fusion connected sites, references to the 'Items' workspace should be the 'Components' workspace.
The supplier deliverable workflow is managed by the supplier and enables tracking of the delivery in real time. Suppliers can immediately select Submit Deliverable in the Workflow actions menu to complete a deliverable (which will then notify the requestor automatically about the deliverable availability). Before doing so, the supplier can upload Files to this process to share the requested deliverable in context.
If the delivery will be provided later, the supplier may perform the Confirm Deliverable action to confirm receipt of the request first, before completing the process later.
In case clarification is needed for a delivery, the supplier can also Request Details from the deliverable requestor by using the given Workflow action. After entering a comment, this will update the deliverable’s status and automatically notify the requestor by mail. The requestor can return the process to the supplier once given information is available.
