Manage Projects

Once the Teams, People and Project Templates are defined, your tenant is ready to execute projects. Projects is the main workspace for the New Product Introduction template. It is used to collect all relevant data and to organize the Phases and Tasks that need to be completed. On creation, a script reads the associated Project Template to populate the Gantt chart and to create the given Phase records. Tasks will only be created when a project reaches the given phase.
