Note:
For users with Fusion connected sites, references to the 'Items' workspace should be the 'Components' workspace.
This template provides public reports. All users having access to the given workspaces are able to add these charts to their Landing Page from within the Shared with Me section:
Report Name | Description |

Project Budgets : Planned vs Actual | This area chart displays the total planned cost and total actual cost of all projects. Information is retrieved from the Budget section of each project. |
Project Efforts : Planned vs Actual | This multi-series column chart displays the total planned efforts and total actual efforts of all projects. Information is retrieved from the section Efforts Tracking of each project. |
Assigned Efforts by Person | Total planned efforts per task assignee across all Project Tasks in status In Work |
Assigned Efforts by Team | Total planned efforts per team across all Project Tasks in status In Work |
Project Tasks by Priority | A Doughnut chart counting all project tasks by priority. This report excludes completed and cancelled tasks. |
Project Tasks by Project and Priority | This Stacked Column chart counts all project tasks by priority and groups them by project. This report excludes completed and cancelled tasks. |
Project Tasks : Planned Completion Dates | This Stacked Column chart counts all project tasks in progress (excluding completed and cancelled tasks) and displays them on a timeline. The tasks also get divided by their Current State. |
Unassigned Project Tasks by Team | All Project Tasks in status Planning are counted and grouped by Team. |
