Bring Your Own Subscription (BYOS) for Fusion Manage

“Bring Your Own Subscription” or BYOS is a policy that defines access to Fusion Manage. Administrators can invite other Fusion Manage subscribers to join their site without assigning one of their own subscriptions.

As a Fusion Manage subscriber, you can access any Fusion Manage site to which you have been invited.

• Regardless of the individual or business entity that owns the Fusion Manage site.
• Regardless of which individual or business entity has purchased the subscription to Fusion Manage (subject to conformance with the “Authorized User” definition and other conditions in the Autodesk Terms of Use).
• Regardless of the user limit in the Fusion Manage account.
• Regardless of the location of the data center on which the site is hosted (US or Europe).

How does this work?

A Fusion Manage administrator invites an individual to join the site and assigns the person roles and permissions.

• Invitees are subject to the roles and permissions assigned to them by the Fusion Manage site administrator.
• If the invitee does not have a Fusion Manage subscription, the administrator can assign one from their subscription allotment.

Basic Access

When your license term expires, you will still have Basic Access to your data.

Basic Access limits what you can do with data. With Basic Access you can:

• View workspaces and items.
• View files using an in-browser viewer.
