Trouble Connecting?

Refer to this topic if you are having trouble connecting to your Fusion Manage site or have any questions about the sign-in process.

Didn't receive a Welcome email?

If you did not receive a Welcome email message, talk to your administrator to find out what the URL of your site is and to make sure she or he has set up your Fusion Manage profile with the email address associated with your Autodesk account.

Don't have an Autodesk ID?

If you do not have an Autodesk ID, click Need an Autodesk ID? on the sign-in page OR create an account now.

Important: When creating your Autodesk account, make sure the associated email address matches the one in the Welcome email.

Fusion Manage and Autodesk email addresses don't match?

If the email address in your Welcome email does not match the one associated with your Autodesk account, ask your administrator to change it in your Fusion Manage profile.

Forgot your password?

If you can't remember your Autodesk password, click Forgot your password? in the sign-in window and enter your Autodesk ID or email address to get an email with instructions on resetting your password.

If you can't remember your Autodesk ID, sign in with the email address associated with your account.
