About Picklists and Picklist Manager
Picklists are lists of values you can set up for use in picklist fields. When configuring a picklist in the Item Details, Grid, or any other table-based tab, you can pick one of these as the list of values that appear in the field's drop-down.
Picklist Types
Defined Picklists
Defined picklists consist of values you define. Some typical examples are Category, Importance (High/Medium/Low), Status, Yes/No, Open/Closed, and Approved by.
Workspace Picklists
Workspace picklists consist of records from a workspace. You can control which records appear in the list by applying filters to fields in the workspace.
Access to Picklist Manager
Picklists in Fusion Manage are created and managed through Picklist Manager.
- On the Administration menu, mouse over System Configuration and click Picklist Manager.
