Linked Items

Use the Linked Items tab to create links between items on your Fusion Manage site. For example, you can add links to associated quotes in a Sales Quotes workspace from a customer in a Customers workspace.

Tip:

To create cross-references between sibling items, use item relationships.

Note: If you don't see a Linked tab, it could be that your administrator didn't enable the tab for that workspace, renamed the tab, or you do not have the required permissions. If you're not sure and need help, contact your site administrator.

Linked Items vs. Managed Items

In revisioning workspaces, the Linked Items tab becomes the Managed Items for product lifecycle management. To initiate revisioning of an item, add the item to the Managed Items tab of the managing item in a revisioning workspace. Because of how the Managed Items tab functions in revisioning workspaces, it is often renamed as Affected Items.
