To Create a Backup Copy of a Collaboration Project

  1. In the Project Manager, select the top level node of your collaboration project.
  2. Right-click and click Create Project Backup.
  3. (Optional) In the Plant Project Backup dialog box, click Change to specify a location of the backup copy.
  4. Click Backup Project Now.
    Note: All the files to be backed up must be closed before the backup starts. A dialog box prompting you to close any open drawings is displayed if necessary.
