Edits, overrides, modifies, and saves the long description formula.

List of Options
- Part tree

Lists all parts in an expandable hierarchical tree. If you right-click a part, you can copy the long description. If you right-click another part, you can paste the long description.
- Long description style

Lists the default style (originating from the catalog) along with any you create.
- Delete
-
Deletes long description styles you have created. You cannot delete the default style.
- Save As
-
Saves the selected long description style to the Long Description Styles folder (the default).
- Long description formula editor

Creates a formula for a long description style
- Prefix
-
Adds a prefix to the formula. Enter a string value.
- Property Name
-
Lists the catalog properties of the selected part. If the currently open spec contains additional properties, these are listed below the catalog properties.
- Suffix

Adds a suffix to the formula. Enter a string value.
- Add Row

Creates a blank row at the bottom of the formula editor table.
- Remove Row
-
Deletes the row selected in the mapping table. You can select a row by clicking in the left column. You can press SHIFT, CTRL, or CTRL+A to select multiple rows.
- Long description formula
-
Displays (as read-only text) the formula you have created.
- Long description sample result
-
Displays (as read-only text) a sample result of the formula you have created. The first record of the selected part type in the default catalog is shown.
- Previous

Displays a sample formula for the previous record if one exists.
- Next

Displays a sample formula for the next record if one exists.
