Sets the graphical properties for the selected line definition.
The categories that are displayed in the Line Settings dialog box are specific to pipe and signal lines that you can create in a P&ID drawing.
Symbol Properties
Lists the properties that control the use and symbol for the flow arrows of a line.
- Show Flow Arrows

Defines whether flow arrows are displayed in the drawing area.
- Flow Arrow Style

Defines the flow arrow style applied to the symbol. Choose from a list of available flow arrow styles.
- Flag Prompt

Defines whether users are automatically prompted to insert a flag on the line.
General Style Properties
Lists existing graphical styles on which to base the new style.
- Layer

Defines the layer on which the style is applied.
- Color

Defines the color applied to the style. The style color can be different than the layer color.
- Sline type

Defines the Sline type. (If Mline is selected, the next property becomes Mline style instead of Linetype.)
- Linetype or Mline style

Defines the linetype or mline style of the line. You can also define the linetype or mline style by layer or by block.
- Linetype Scale

Defines the linetype scale applied to the style.
- Plotstyle

Displays the plot styles applied to the style.
- Line Weight

Defines the lineweight applied to the style.
Other Properties
- Tagging Prompt

Sets whether users are prompted to tag the symbol when it is inserted in a drawing. This field is displayed for all style types except connectors.
- Gap Priority

Sets a numerical value for a gap priority on a line.

Displays a description for a selected field.
