How to Reset the Submittal Numbers

Step 1:

Select your project.

Step 2:

If submittals have been added, deleted, merged, or copied in the Smart Register, the submittal numbers will no longer be in order.

Step 3:

To resequence the submittal numbers and have them start over in order, click on "Actions", then "Reset Submittal Number".

Step 4:

You will then see an alert button which notifies you that resetting submittal numbers is permanent and can not be reversed once confirmed.

Step 5:

Click 'Yes' to reset the submittal numbers.
