Declare a New Section Database

  1. Select File New Database from the viewer menu or press CTRL+N.
  2. Enter the name of the new database in the dialog.
    Note: The section database must end with the character string 'pro'. The *.xml extension will be added automatically.
  3. Define the section database name. Provide a full database description and select the units of measurement.

The new database must be declared in the Job Preferences dialog. To do this:
  1. Select Tools Job Preferences from the Robot menu.
  2. Select Databases Section Database.
  3. Click (Add New Database to list).
  4. Click the Browse button in the Declaring Section Database dialog.
  5. Select the new database.
