Select the Page tab of the Page Set-up dialog to define basic page set-up parameters.
Define the Paper Size, Orientation and the Current Page Number in this dialog.
Select Include not-printed pages in numbering and table of contents to enable titles of elements previously excluded from printing (see Printout Composition) in the table of contents. This is deselected by default.
