To Define a REM Circle Primitive

  1. On the ribbon, click Raster Tools tab REM panel Create Primitive drop-down menu Circle.
  2. Define the raster circle using one of the following methods:
    • Select a single point on the circle.
    • Enter c and select a center point.
    • Enter 2p and select two points to define the diameter.
    • Enter 3p and select three points on the circumference.
