    Vectorizing Raster Rectangles

    You can convert a raster rectangle to a vector rectangle by using the Rectangle tool.

    Note: To make the most efficient use of the Rectangle tool, you should first adjust the settings on the VTools General tab on the Raster Design Options dialog box. For more information, see VTools General tab.
