Change Dimensions from Temporary to Permanent

You can convert temporary dimensions to permanent dimensions so they always appear in a drawing.

    1. Select an element in the drawing area.
    2. Click the dimension symbol that appears near the temporary dimension.

You can then modify the properties of the new permanent dimension and change its type.
