Organize rooms into a room group.
- Click Quantification tab

(Add Room Group) to open the Add Room Group dialog.
- Enter a unique Group Number and Group name.
- Under Add Rooms and Groups, click
(Select Elements).
- In the drawing area, select rooms and room groups for the new room group.
- Click Finish in the Option Bar. Notice the list in the Subordinate Rooms/Groups section of the dialog.
- (Optional) Select from the Use View drop down menu to add rooms and room groups from other views of the project. Click Select to open the new view. Repeat steps 3 through 5 until all rooms and room groups are selected.
- Click OK to create the room group and close the dialog.
- Click in the drawing area to place the room group tag. Leader lines generate to rooms and room groups that belong to the new room group.
