Parameters

buildingStorey  IFCAnyHandle

The building storey handle (IfcBuildingStorey).

The height of the level.

elevation  Double

The elevation of the level.

scaleFactor  Double

The scale factor.

isPrimaryLevel  Boolean

True if this is primary level, false otherwise.
