Boolean
True if individual bars can be moved, excluded or included, false otherwise.

Remarks

Individual bars can be moved, exlucded or included only for RebarInSystem that is owned by PathReinforcement. For RebarInSystem owned by AreaReinforcement these operations are not supported.
