constructionType ConstructionType: The Construction Type of Building Construction.
buildingConstruction Construction: The Building Construction to be set.

Exception	Condition
ArgumentNullException	buildingConstruction is NULL.
InvalidOperationException	Sets construction type to an invalid value. - or - Can not set construction type.
