An unknown error occurred.
Warning: Desktop Connector encountered an unknown error.
Issue: A number of issues can cause this error:
- You are not logged into Autodesk Docs.
- There is no network connection.
- Autodesk Docs is not active.
Solution:
- Click on the Desktop Connector application icon
from the Hidden Icons section of the Windows toolbar. Select 'Sign In' if you're logged out of your Autodesk Account.
- In your computer's network settings, verify that you're connected to your network.
- Select the
Autodesk Desktop Connector
application on your computer if it's not running. Once you select the application, the icon will appear in your Hidden Icons toolbar.
Note: If the Desktop Connector icon is not visible, you can launch the service by navigating to Start > Autodesk > Desktop Connector.
