Operation Could Not Be Completed (Revit Cloud Worksharing)

The operation could not be completed.

Warning: Operation Could Not Be Completed.

Issue: There are several reasons why the operation could not be completed, including the network is disconnected, poor network connection, or the service is temporarily unavailable.

Solution:
  • Ensure that your company's network is connected to the internet and in a good state, then try again.
  • Check the Revit Cloud Worksharing/Cloud Models Health Dashboard. Make sure the service is in a good state, then try again.
  • The user configuration file may be corrupt. To recreate it, close all sessions of Revit, navigate to %LocalAppData%/Autodesk,_Inc/ and delete the user.config file from the subfolder that matches the currently installed Revit build number, then restart Revit
  • If the problem persists, visit Autodesk Customer Service.
