Cloud Model Could Not Be Saved (Cloud Models for Revit)

Warning: The model could not be saved to the cloud due to an error.

Issue: Your cloud model was not uploaded to Autodesk Docs. There are several reasons why the operation could not be completed, including the network is disconnected, poor network connection, or the cloud resource is temporarily unavailable, the cloud folder permission is set incorrectly, invalid model name, or the local disk is full.

Solution:
  • Ensure that your network is connected to the internet and in a good state, then try again.
  • Check the Revit Cloud Worksharing/Cloud Models Health Dashboard. Make sure the cloud resource is in a good state, then try again.
  • Contact your Autodesk Docs administrator to set your folder permission as "Edit" or higher.
  • Enter a valid name when saving the model. The following characters are not allowed:

    <>:"/\|?*'.

  • Make more disk space available on the disk drive.
