Remarks
Any existing constraints are discarded. The new constraints replace them. Any parameters driving the constraints must already be added with RebarShapeDefinition.AddParameter().The allowable constraint types are:
- RebarShapeConstraintRadius
- RebarShapeConstraintArcLength
