When you try to save the model or load it into another model, you receive an error indicating that the model contains many unresolved pointer references.
Issue: This error is generally the result of element-level corruption in the model.
Solutions: Try the following for the model that you were trying to save or load:
- If the error displayed when a linked model was loading into a host model, close the host model.
- Open the corrupt model (or a recent backup of the model) using the Audit function.
- If the Audit function does not resolve the issue, try the solutions listed in Error: Data in File Is Corrupt.
