Compilation Selection
Description
This form is used to select a subset of compilations for deletion (from a list of all defined compilations).
Outline Procedure
Compilations may be added to the selection individually or by selecting by Compilation Type.
This form is opened by selecting the Structure Compilations Group button in the Explorer Navigation Pane and then clicking the Clear Specific Compilations link in the Active Group Functions.
To select a single compilation from the 'Defined Compilations' list place the cursor over an item and click to highlight the item. Then click on the > button. The selected item is added to the 'Selected Compilations' list and removed from the 'Defined Compilations' list.
To deselect a single compilation from the 'Selected Compilations' list use the cursor to highlight it and click on the < button.
To select all the compilations in the 'Defined Compilations' list click on the >> button.
To deselect all the compilations in the 'Selected Compilations' list click on the << button.
Alternatively, filtered groups of compilations may be added to the 'Selected Compilations' list by clicking on the Compilation Type button. A drop-down menu lists all the available compilation types. Selecting an item adds all compilations of the selected type to the 'Selected Compilations' list.
