Description

Data entered on this form will be used in Printed Reports.

All information entered in this form (except the text history) is stored with the data file.

The company identity shown in the Preview comes from the Set Company Identity form.

Outline Procedure

This form may be accessed using File | Titles from the main menu after a new Project, Section or Beam has been started. It is also accessible from several other forms.

Entries are made as described in the Field Help.

Click the Clear button to replace data previously entered in this form with empty default values.

Click the Cancel button to cancel (after a warning) all changes made since opening this form.

Click the OK button to save all changes made since opening this form.

Field Help

Project Title (or)

Section Title (or)

Beam Title

Enter the Project, Section or Beam Title (2 lines) as appropriate. The data entered will be displayed on the page heading, as shown on this display.

Job Title

Job Number

Enter the Job Number and/or Job Title as appropriate.

The data entered will be displayed on the page heading on each page of output, as shown on this display.

Default values, created on starting a new model, are retrieved from the system registry.

Calculations by

Enter your initials or other identifier (up to 5 characters).

User Title Block

The user title block appears at the base of every page header in the printout.

Its content is defined by this field, which is scrollable.

User Title Block: Show User Title Block

The user title block will only appear in printout if this box is checked.

User Title Block: Text History

Every new user title block defined on this computer by the current user will be stored in the system registry.

Clicking this button causes a drop-down menu to appear that lists them all.

Selecting a previously defined user title block from the list causes it to become the current user title block.

User Title Block: Clear History

Click this button to delete the saved list of text histories from the system registry.
