Supported formats in the Flow Production Tracking Transcoder

Solution:

• Since Flow Production Tracking uses FFmpeg v8 for transcoding, it supports any input format that FFmpeg supports.
  • Except for VP9 and AV1, which are excluded for licensing reasons.
• If not using DIY transcoding, the transcoder will preserve the color space from the source file.
• The Transcoding services page includes a nonexhaustive list of supported codecs and formats that are suitable for transcoding.
• The FFmpeg commands that Flow Production Tracking uses for transcoding are documented on the Do it yourself (DIY) transcoding page.
