View SOLIDWORKS configurations in the web application

In the Upchain web application, a configuration item is indicated by a configuration icon beside the item type icon.

In the item detail view, the Where Used tab contains an additional section named Configurations that lists all other configuration items to which the selected item is linked, and highlights the configuration for the item you are viewing. You may click any of these linked configurations to be taken to that item. If the configuration belongs to multiple projects or BOM locations, Upchain presents you with a window to select to which location you'd like to navigate.

When using the Advanced Search to locate a CAD file that is linked to multiple configuration items, click the Go to icon () beside a file to view a list of every configuration item to which it is linked. This enables you to navigate to your desired item.
