The extensive context sensitive on-line help mirrors the manual, but has the powerful Windows search facilities.
To get help, click the Help button on any dialog, or press F1. From the ribbon, click the question mark in the right-hand panel.
To display the About box, click the small letter "i" in the right-hand panel.
