To Add a Slip Lane

Slip Lanes are bypass lanes that join the entry to the next exit and are built off the outer edge of the travel way.

Note: The slip lane requires the approach to be long enough to accommodate it. If the approach isn't long enough, extend the entry/exit arm by adjusting the blend point/deviation offsets to make sure the road is long enough to allow for the slip lane geometry.
  1. Click the Vehicle Tracking tabRoundabouts panelAdd Slip Lane/Bypass Road.
  2. Select the roundabout to which you wish to add the slip lane if not preselected.
  3. Select the approach road for the slip lane.
  4. The Slip Lane is drawn based on the properties set in Roundabout Properties: Arm: Slip Lane.
