Analyzing your data from AVT

AVT generates a lot of data about your RVT files. Many people using AVT want to analyze that data to better understand trends or just to see the key information in a business intelligence dashboard, such as Power BI.

There are two methods used most often by AVT users to aggregate and analyze their data.

1. Central Folder for Excel Files - when creating your tasks in AVT, you get the option to choose a folder to which to save your Excel report. If you have everyone in your organization choose a singular folder in Docs, then all the Excel files will be in one place and easily readable by a custom Power BI report.
2. Webhooks - instead of saving all your Excel reports to a single folder, you can have all your AVT users setup to use Webhooks to push the data into your own database.
