UDP Ports
- UDP is not used for Workshop XR.
VPN
We do not recommend the use of VPNs with Workshop XR. There could be issues with Voice.
Windows Defender
Verify with IT/Desktop teams that Workshop XR has been allowed for within Windows Defender settings.
Release Information
Desktop Tauri and Viewer are currently not planned for release (8/14/2024).
Connection Issues When Logging into Workshop XR
If your IT department requires an IP address and port to whitelist, please use 50.19.78.134, 52.70.240.168, and 54.237.46.88 on port 443. If you can whitelist our domains instead, we recommend doing so as the associated static IP may change.
Connection Issues with Workshop XR VR Meetings

SSL Certificate Issues
If your firewall or network is set up to do SSL decryption, please note that you may encounter SSL certificate errors when attempting to use Workshop XR. Please get in touch with us in Workshop XR Support.
Persistent Connection Issues
If a connection issue persists after your IT department has confirmed that the necessary ports have been unblocked, please contact us (support email required) and loop in your IT team so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
