To remove models or proposals from the cloud

Admins and Publishers can remove an online model. After removal, group members can no longer sync their local copies.

All group members (except Readers) can delete a proposal from a shared model. When someone removes a proposal, they should notify group members. They should remove the proposal manually from their local copies. If a group member re-syncs without removing the proposal from their local copy, the sync re-publishes the proposal you removed.

To remove a model from the cloud (Admin or Publisher Role)

  1. Open Manage Online Models.
  2. Select the model, click Delete.

If model is not listed, select the correct design group.

  3. Click Yes in dialog box.

Users sharing a model removed from the cloud may want to Disconnect their local copy. If you remain connected and try to sync with a removed model, you get an message saying the model is no longer available.
