iCopy Author dialog box

The iCopy Author prepares an adaptive skeletal model for use by the iCopy command. In the Layout tab, select the adaptive part that contains the skeletal sketch. Select the part in the browser or the graphics window.

Layout tab

Layout part

Select the adaptive part that is used to position and size the iCopy.

Geometry tab

In the Geometry tab, select the geometry that controls the position and size of the model.

Point	Click to select a point or line.
Label	Enter a descriptive name for the geometry.

Parameter tab

In the Parameters tab, select the parameters that are used to define the iCopy.

	Adds the selected parameter to the iCopy definition.
	Removes the selected parameter from the iCopy definition.

Document tab

In the Document tab, select documents to copy with the iCopy results. Valid document types include .idw, .dwg, and .ipn files.

Name	Click to display the Please select an external document dialog box, and select a file to include. After a file is included, the file name displays in this field.
Location	Displays the path to the included file.
