Workflow overview

First, find a part or feature family by browsing the categories or using one of the following commands: Search, Filters, Favorites, or History. Then double-click the located family to place a family member.

Note: If there are empty or invalid entries in one or more cells for the family member in the corresponding family table, Content Center cannot place a part. Use Content Center Editor to correct the family table.

Navigation

The Category panel displays the structure of available categories. When you double-click a category, its descendent categories or part/feature families are listed in the Categories and Families panel on the right.

To navigate in the hierarchy, expand categories in Category panel. Double-click items in the List panel, and use navigation commands in the toolbar (Back, Forward, and Folder up).

To select the viewing mode, click Thumbnails View, List View, or Detailed View. The List View mode is faster, but the Thumbnails View mode is more descriptive.
