Parts List dialog box (GOST standard)

Displays the GOST-compliant Parts List dialog box with the parts listed in the parts table. Enables you to change the parts list, print the parts list, place it on the drawing, and more.

Access:

Ribbon: Annotate (ESKD) tab Table panel Parts List
Export Export parts list to a selected Excel template.
Preview Preview parts list in the selected Excel template.
Print Displays the Parts List: Print dialog box. Select the printer, paper size, scale, and number of pages to print.
Undo Reverse one or more of the previous actions.
Redo Reverse one or more undo actions.
Settings Displays the Settings dialog box where you select parts list display options and the appropriate export template.
Save Item Overrides to BOM Save changes to items in the BOM.
Renumber All Renumber all items on the parts list.
Sort All Sort all items on the parts list alphabetically.
Insert Row Add an additional row in the parts list.
Move Up Move the selected row or category up in the list.
Move Down Move the selected row or category down in the list.
Purge All Changes Remove all changes made to the parts list and revert to the original content.

Column Headings

Balloon Indicates whether a balloon is associated with a part.
Entry type (No column heading) Contains a graphic indicator identifying the type of entry. Entries can include assemblies or standard parts. A blank cell indicates a custom part.
Format Part or document sheet format.
Zone Zone in the drawing where the item is located.
Item Item number
Part Number Part name and number.
Description Part description or part number.
QTY Total number of parts.
Comments Notes about a part.

Category context menu

Add Category  
 

Add new standard or non-standard category. Categories include the following:

  • Documentation
  • Complexes
  • Assemblies
  • Parts
  • Standard Parts
  • Other Parts
  • Materials
  • Complete Sets
  • Custom Category
Note: In the English software version, the first eight categories in the context menu appear in Russian.
Remove Category Remove current category.
Renumber Category Renumber current category beginning with the item number of the first item.
Sort Category Sort Current category by item part numbers.
Insert Row Add a new row above the category row.
Move Up Move category above the previous category.
Move Down Move category below the following category.
Move to Next Page Move category to start on the next page of the parts list.

Row context menu

Insert Row Insert empty row above the current row.
Insert Copied rows Insert copied rows above the current row.
Insert Cut Rows Insert cut rows above the current row.
Delete Rows Delete selected rows.
Clear Remove content from the selected row.
Visible Indicates whether to display the selected row. A check mark indicates that the row is visible and no check marks indicates that the row is not visible.
Save Item Overrides to BOM Save Item overrides back to the assembly Bill of Materials.
Static Value Sets the selected parts list cells as static values. When a cell is static, it does not update if the corresponding value in the parts list source changes.
Renumber Renumber current category beginning with the item number of the first item.
Sort Sort selected rows by item part numbers.
Move to Category Move the selected row to a different category.
Move Up Move the selected row up in the parts list.
Move Down Move the selected row down in the parts list.
Cut Remove the selected row from the list.
Copy Copy the contents of the selected row.
Paste Insert the copied or cut content in the selected location.

Cell context menu

Save Item Override to BOM Save Item overrides back to the assembly Bill of Materials.
Static Value Sets the selected parts list cells as static values. When a cell is static, it does not update if the corresponding value in the parts list source changes.
Clear Remove content from the selected cell.
Cut Remove the selected cell from the list.
Copy Copy the contents of the selected cell.
Paste Insert the copied or cut content in the selected location.
