In this step we assign a constraint to the buckle part to prevent it from moving as the spring clip is inserted into it.
1. Click Setup 
Constraints General Constraint.
2. On the buckle part, select the surface perpendicular to the X-axis, as shown:
3. Check Tx, and click OK.
